In order to get a feel for your health history and unique health goals we begin any program with a 50-minute initial consultation. During this time we review your health history in depth and clarify your biggest health concerns and what you are striving for. It is an opportunity to share what you envision for yourself and your health and the pace that you want to work to get there! During this session and in a summary afterward you are provided recommendations on how to begin working toward your goals and how a one on one coaching program could support you in reaching your goals.
This in depth 3-month program follows the initial consultation and offers you an opportunity to focus on and work to drastically improve your health and well-being. We will explore in detail all of the facets of health that are contributing to your biggest struggles and prioritize the steps needed to restore balance throughout your body and life.
